Meeting of participants at 6 pm and departure from Turin by bus.
Meeting with TRIFULAU and departure to search or rather SEARCH for truffles with head flashlights.
The experience includes Merenda Sinoira based on omelets with vegetables and herbs, aged cheeses, fresh cheeses, raw meat, grilled peppers, various crostini, soma d’Aij, mixed sliced meats, different types of bread, jams.; all will be accompanied by white truffles and local wines such as Ruchè and Grignolino strictly from the area.
A certificate of Truffle Researcher will be awarded at the end of the experience.
Return late in the evening.
