Departure from Turin at 8:00 a.m. Upon arrival, a relaxing stroll in the organic farm’s garden with a sound bath (a deeply relaxing and energizing meditative experience through the use of various instruments such as Tibetan bells, gongs, and cymbals).

Followed by a traditional lunch featuring local products.

In the afternoon, transfer to the ancient herbalist’s shop in Cessole and a visit to the Church of San Giovanni Battista in Roccaverano.
