Dinner at Osteria ‘La Sosta’ with typical local dishes served in copper pans, offering a complete taste of Piedmontese tradition.
Sport and Wellness
The evening concludes with a tasting dinner at the Ristorante L’Incontro, set against the backdrop of a picturesque stretch of water.
MORNING:
The day begins with an à la carte continental breakfast.
This is followed by an e-bike tour along the Via Francigena with Baltea-Bike, accompanied by expert guide Luigi De Giacomi.
AFTERNOON:
Relax at Villa Sardino with access to the Private Spa, or immerse yourself in nature by the pool*
EVENING:
Saffron tasting dinner at the Relais del Brigante.
Yoga & Wein-Erlebnis
MORNING:
The day begins with a continental à la carte breakfast.
For a feel-good start to the day, there is a yoga class with instructor Elena Vaudagna in the garden of Villa Sardino.
AFTERNOON:
Wine experience at Cantine SorPasso accompanied by experienced oenologist Vittorio Garda.
The tasting includes 2 glasses of wine and a tasting directly from the barrels.

Relax in the Villa’s grounds, surrounded by a beautiful swimming pool* and relaxation area.
