PROGRAM
8:30 AM – Departure from Turin
Meeting of participants and departure towards the Canavese area by luxury coach.
10:00 AM – Arrival in Rueglio
Guided tour of Ka d’Mezenis, an ethnographic museum dedicated to the rural traditions of the Canavese area, with displays of objects, tools, and period settings.
11:15 AM – Transfer to Val di Chy
From the Alpine valleys of the Canavese area, dominated by the Gran Paradiso massif, where ancient cheesemaking traditions linked to Torna, the queen of Piedmontese Alpine cheeses, survive. A family has dedicated its business to rediscovering this unique heritage. A world of cheeses that tells stories of mountain pastures, ancient knowledge, and expert hands.
Each Torna brings with it different scents and fragrances, an expression of the place and the cheesemaker who creates it.
1:00 PM – Transfer to Praudino
Transfer to Praudino for a traditional lunch at a quaint restaurant surrounded by nature.
Afternoon free for a walk in the nearby woods or a yoga session (optional and upon request).
5:30 PM – Departure for the return trip to Turin
Individual participation fee starting from €95.00 (minimum 40 paying guests) includes:
- Transportation by GT coach.
- Visit to Ka’d Mezenis.
- Tour and tasting of Tome.
- Traditional three-course lunch, including water, wine, and coffee.
- Escorted guide and assistance.
- Medical insurance.
